I had only requested a roof cleaning, but he offered to wash everything else at a very reasonable price. He did the roof, lanai, screen, cleaned around the exterior windows, my air conditioner pad, the curbing out front, plus the driveway. He also cleaned the exterior cement around my pool cage, which I am pretty sure has never been done, except by me. He was extremely considerate of my plants and promised to water them extensively to protect them from damage. This was all finished in less than 3 hours and I am very pleased with the results. I am sure he is the only one I will call in the future.

I heard about them from a neighbor. Brian is the fellow who does the cleaning and he did a great job on the roof, and also cleaned my driveway pavers and removed the iron oxide stains on it. Brian was on time, did as promised, and did his work very neatly, without messing up the exterior of my home. I was very pleased. I highly recommend him.

Owner Brian Comerford arrived on time, cleaned my tile roof, soffit, facia, windows, paver sidewalk and driveway in 2 hours. He did an outstanding professional job at a reasonable price. I am a happy camper and I hope that my Cascades HOA in Sarasota, FL is also happy with his work.

Before I hired Brian, I talked with him about a negative review, 1 STAR. The review ridiculously claimed that Brian had fallen asleep on the job. I knew something was fishy because you do not fall asleep on top of a roof while power washing. He told me that the fraudulent review was made by a girlfriend of a disgruntled former employee who doesn't even own a home. After viewing his excellent work, I believe Brian.

Good job Kid Gloves!
I will hire him again.
